Hatha Mood is a gentle, intuitive practice that focuses on doing less to create positive change. While not exactly Yin or Restorative yoga, it shares a similar quality of slowness and quietude. If you’re used to pushing yourself to achieve progress, Hatha Mood invites you to embrace the opposite — a rejuvenating, soft practice that nurtures both body and soul. This mindful, restorative session reminds us that movement can be beneficial on more than just a physical level. Take this opportunity to slow down and practice self-care, supported by cozy props like blankets and bolsters. A Sound bath and extended Savasana will wrap up this soulful practice.
